Overview

Originating in Iceland, our seafood is processed using industry leading procedures and equipment. All of our seafood is sorted and processed to ensure convenience and consistency for restaurants and end consumers alike.


Frozen at sea

Our state of the art vessels are able to process, fillet and frozen on board all within two to four hours of being caught. All of our Frozen at Sea seafood can be identified by the initials FAS within their profiles.


Land frozen

A big portion of our pelagic fish has been chilled with RWS tanks before land frozen immediately after the ship has docked.
